All members go by an alias so they can hide their identity as they wanted the music to speak for itself and not be about how they look. The seven members were Deuce, J-Dog, Johnny 3 Tears, Charlie Scene (because it rhymes with the actor Charlie Sheen), Funny Man, Da Kurlzz and Shady Jeff. Later as the band started getting the hits on their myspace page Shady Jeff left the group, nobody knows why as of yet.
As the bands myspace hits grew to the millions that's when the record companies started contacting them to sign them but they wanted a record company that wasn't going to censor the album as they use a large amount of foul language in all different context's.
They singed to A&M/Octane who let them do the album they wanted to. On May 18 2009 the band released their first album titled Swan Songs. They chose this title because there is a saying that when a swan dies it makes one last beautiful sound. As of October 2009 the album has went Gold in America which means they have sold 500,000+ albums in America.
As a result of the band being recieved so well in America and Britain they are schelued to release a CD/DVD pack called Desperate Measures on November 10 2009. This includes a 60 minute DVD of live footage and a CD including three cover songs and six live recordings of songs from Swan Songs.
